Spot-on Branding: “Our Logo Gets Noticed All Around Town.”
The Challenge
Located in North Attleboro, MA, Peak Pediatric Care partners with families to promote lifelong wellness and raise confident, healthy children.
As a brand new business, pediatrician Dr. Hansen needed to hit the ground running with a branding strategy that instantly showcased the quality of her care and her mission for the local community.
The Solution
After scouring the web for design firms, the team at Peak Pediatric was immediately attracted to the design work Laura had produced for other clients and didn’t even look at anyone else.
At their first meeting, Dr. Hansen described in detail the colors, tones, and logos she liked and why. She also shared her goals for her business and how she felt challenged by the thought of pulling that together into a cohesive brand.
Laura then incorporated this information into a complete brand vision that she implemented step-by-step through multiple projects. This included the company logo, core messaging, business cards, and marketing collateral. Also, a new website was designed which integrates specific features not typically found on a pediatric website.
Additionally, designs were created for their outdoor signage, entrance doors, and the main wall in the office to welcome families into the practice.
The Results
Laura allowed Dr. Hansen to see her business in a way she hadn’t seen before. It was unexpected, but it vastly improved things and provided clarity on how to promote the practice in a way people would immediately relate to.
Because of its more unique features (like a specialized Symptom Checker and custom Patient Intake forms), the website has been a big hit from day one and the feedback has been fantastic.
The logo and branding are easily recognizable and have become well-known throughout the community.
Just one year after opening, they have:
- instituted weekend hours and evening hours
- added multiple providers
- outgrown their office location
- increased their base from 1,400 to 3,000 patients
